Generals Equipped Private Membership Association (PMA) Terms & Agreement

1. Private Membership Association Status
Generals Equipped operates as a Private Membership Association under common law and is not a public organization. By joining, members agree that all interactions, trainings, communications, and services provided are within the private domain and are governed by the private contract established herein.

2. Membership Nature
Membership in Generals Equipped is by invitation only and subject to approval by the Association.
All participants are considered private members, not clients, customers, or the general public.
Membership grants private access to specific training, mentorship, and wealth-building programs as outlined on the Generals Equipped platform.

3. Private Association Agreement
By signing this agreement or submitting a membership application, the member affirms that:

They are joining voluntarily and in their private capacity.
They agree to be bound by the terms, articles, and spiritual foundations of the Generals Equipped PMA.
They understand that this membership does not constitute a business partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All materials, trainings, discussions, and communications within the Association are private, proprietary, and confidential.
Members agree not to reproduce, distribute, record, or disclose any proprietary content or internal communications without written consent from Generals Equipped.

5. Limited Access
Each membership grants access to one selected Generals Equipped Training Program of the member’s choice.
Enrollment in additional programs requires separate registration and payment.
The one-time enrollment fee and monthly membership dues are non-transferable and non-refundable once access is granted.

6. Spiritual & Educational Purpose
The Association exists for educational, spiritual, and empowerment purposes—to equip Kingdom leaders in financial stewardship, governance, and trust law aligned with biblical principles.
It is not intended to provide licensed legal, tax, or investment advice.

7. Independent Decision Clause
Members acknowledge that all teachings, strategies, frameworks, documents, templates, discussions, and educational materials provided through Generals Equipped are presented strictly for educational, informational, and spiritual empowerment purposes within the private membership association.

Members understand and agree that:

• Generals Equipped, Dr. Patience Dean, PDNTV Studios, and any affiliated instructors, mentors, trustees, or representatives do not direct, control, or make financial, legal, business, tax, or investment decisions on behalf of any member.
• All decisions made by a member, including but not limited to the formation of trusts, business entities, foundations, investments, financial strategies, or asset structures, are made voluntarily and independently by the member at their sole discretion.
• Participation in Generals Equipped does not require, mandate, or obligate members to implement any specific strategy, structure, investment, or action discussed within the Association.

Members further acknowledge that:

• Every individual’s financial situation, legal jurisdiction, and personal circumstances are unique.
• Results from business ventures, investments, trust structures, intellectual property development, real estate activities, or financial strategies may vary significantly and are influenced by numerous factors beyond the control of the Association.
• Any implementation of concepts taught within Generals Equipped is undertaken solely at the member’s own risk and responsibility.

By participating in the Association, the Member accepts full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the use or implementation of any information, education, or materials provided through Generals Equipped.

The Member agrees that Generals Equipped, Dr. Patience Dean, PDNTV Studios, the Generals Equipped Kingdom Wealth Foundation, trustees, affiliates, and all associated representatives shall not be held liable for any financial outcomes, legal consequences, business results, investment performance, or losses that may occur as a result of a Member’s independent decisions or actions.

No Reliance Clause (Wealth Education Protection Clause)

Members acknowledge and agree that all information, teachings, strategies, discussions, templates, documents, and materials shared through Generals Equipped are provided solely for educational, informational, and spiritual empowerment purposes within the private membership association.

By participating in the Association, the Member expressly agrees that they are not relying solely upon any statement, teaching, presentation, or material provided by Generals Equipped, Dr. Patience Dean, PDNTV Studios, or any affiliated instructor, mentor, or representative when making personal financial, legal, business, investment, or structural decisions.

Members understand and acknowledge that:

• The information provided within the Association represents general educational principles, strategies, and concepts, not individualized professional advice.
• Members are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and, when appropriate, seek guidance from licensed professionals such as attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, or tax professionals within their jurisdiction.
• No representation, warranty, or guarantee has been made regarding financial outcomes, investment returns, legal protections, or business success resulting from the application of any information shared within the Association.

Members further acknowledge that:

• Any financial structures, trust frameworks, business models, asset strategies, or investment concepts discussed within Generals Equipped are examples of educational frameworks, not directives or guaranteed systems.
• The Association does not provide personalized legal, tax, accounting, or investment advisory services.
• The Member assumes full responsibility for evaluating, implementing, or declining any information provided within the Association.

By accepting these terms, the Member confirms that they have not relied exclusively on the teachings, materials, or representations of Generals Equipped in making any financial or legal decisions, and that all actions taken are the result of their own independent judgment.

The Member agrees that Generals Equipped, Dr. Patience Dean, PDNTV Studios, the Generals Equipped Kingdom Wealth Foundation, trustees, instructors, affiliates, and associated representatives shall not be liable for any financial loss, legal consequence, investment outcome, or business result arising from the Member’s reliance upon or implementation of educational information provided through the Association.

8. Hold Harmless Agreement
By participating in the Association, the member agrees to hold Dr. Patience Dean, PDNTV Studios, Generals Equipped, and all affiliated entities harmless from any liability, claim, or loss arising from the use or implementation of any information shared within the Association.

9. Private Communications
All meetings, correspondence, and media (including online platforms and livestreams) are conducted privately under the Association’s umbrella and are not open to the general public.

10. Termination of Membership
Generals Equipped reserves the right to revoke membership at any time for violation of these terms, misuse of private materials, or behavior inconsistent with the values of the Association.

11. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By proceeding with membership, the individual acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and voluntarily enter into this private membership agreement with Generals Equipped.

12. No-Refund Policy
By joining the Generals Equipped Private Membership Association (PMA), the Member acknowledges and agrees that all payments are final, including but not limited to the enrollment fee, monthly membership dues, program fees, trust-related fees, and any contributions made toward private investment participation.

Because membership provides immediate access to private materials, proprietary teachings, intellectual property, community resources, training programs, private calls, membership privileges, and trust operations, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Member dissatisfaction
Non-usage of programs or resources
Voluntary cancellation
Change of financial situation
Disagreement with the structure, teachings, or operations
Requests made after charge submission
Inability to attend live sessions or events
The Member understands that this is a private association, not a retail environment, and that dues serve as private membership contributions, not consumer purchases.
All payments support administrative, educational, and operational costs and are therefore non-refundable.

13. Chargeback Waiver & Payment Integrity Agreement
By entering this private membership, the Member voluntarily waives all rights to file, initiate, or pursue a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through their bank, credit card provider, or financial institution for any membership dues, enrollment fees, program payments, or private contributions.

The Member acknowledges and agrees that:

This Association functions under private contract law, not public commerce.
Monthly dues and fees are considered private member contributions, not retail purchases.
The Member receives immediate access to digital, spiritual, financial, and educational benefits upon enrollment.
Attempting to issue a chargeback is considered a breach of contract and bad-faith action against the Association.
Any attempted chargeback will result in:

Immediate termination of membership
Revocation of all access rights and private benefits
Billing of all administrative, legal, and collection costs incurred by the Association
Filing of a formal dispute response with all evidence of private contract agreement

The Member further agrees that all billing issues or questions must be directed exclusively to the Association’s internal support team and not to any third-party payment processor.

By proceeding with enrollment, the Member affirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the No Refund Policy and Chargeback Waiver.
